BACKGROUND
Delta Electronics, a Taiwan based Electronics giant, provides Power Management Systems to its Telecom clients in India. These equipment are maintained and repaired on site by a field force of third-party technicians. Delta wanted to develop a training solution that trains these third-party technicians at their convenience.

WHAT 94 FILMS DID
Developed training courses in multiple languages from the training manuals. Created instruction videos with live footage and animation. Also, developed LMS to deliver the video lessons as well as track and manage learning activity of every technician.
